Scope
These Terms govern all purchases from the Blender Guru Apparel store (“Store,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. We may change or discontinue products or prices at any time before you place an order.

Orders & Payment
Orders are offers to buy; we may accept or reject them at our sole discretion (e.g., for stock or fraud-screen reasons). Payment is processed securely via Shopify’s approved payment gateways. Once paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact support@blenderguru.com for an RMA and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

Intellectual Property
All Blender Guru trademarks, graphics, and designs are our property. Purchasing apparel grants you no IP rights beyond personal, non-commercial use of the physical item.

Warranty & Liability
Products are provided “as is” with the standard manufacturer quality guarantee under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim all other warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Queensland Australia without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Queensland Australia.

Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply to orders placed after the revised date.
